All the standard finished products have an identification plate, while the sections of dimensions greater than 34 mm have a RAL quality metal label. In the case of cut to size constructions* where, due to cuts and butts, there are no identification clips, it should need require to the dealer the guarantee certificate. The certificate will be sent directly to the final customer by the IL CEPPO company. IL CEPPO products impregnated under pressure and having a RAL plate are covered by 10 year’s guarantee, the guarantee will cover defects due to material weathered by micro-organisms and corrosions.
The guarantee is valid under the following conditions:
• The products have been used and installed in a workmanlike way in accordance with the assembly instructions.
• The use and maintenance instructions have been carefully followed.
• The sections have been used in accordance with the class of use shown on the RAL metal clip.
• The sections have not been planed, smoothed, sawn or milled longitudinally.
• The sections have not been installed near mulch.
• The foundations supporting the sections cemented into the ground have been done in a workmanlike way and allow drainage of water.
• The guarantee doesn’t include labour costs and any direct or indirect damages.
The IL CEPPO company will replace the piece under guarantee, with an identical or similar piece, provided that it has a RAL metal label and documentation proving purchase such as a receipt or invoice. The documentation together with the damaged or spoiled piece must be sent to the company IL CEPPO Srl, Via dell’Olma n° 12 I42012 Campagnola E. (RE) ITALY
* The guarantee does not cover cut to size constructions but it covers the wood used, provided that, it has been used correctly.
